2. Payments
A deposit (agreed upon in advance) may be required before project commencement.
Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.
Payments are non-refundable once a certain amount of work is completed, unless otherwise stated.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback.
Ensure all materials (text, images, logos) supplied do not infringe copyright.
4. Revisions
Zayax will provide revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may result in additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their provided content (e.g., logos, text, images).
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables (website files, designs, etc.).
Zayax reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zayax is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, third-party services, hosting issues, or misuse of delivered projects.
While we strive for error-free results, sometimes technical issues can become unavoidable.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with proper discussion.
9. Updates to Terms
Zayax may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
